A police helicopter over Bicester was used to help trace three men after a reported burglary.
The aircraft was spotted over the town at about 3pm today.
The helicopter was assisting police after reports of a burglary, and identified three suspects and a car.
The vehcile was stopped by Thames Valley Police roads policing unit and two of the suspects were detained.
It emerged no burglary had taken place but two of the three suspects were wanted for separate crimes and were arrested.
The helicopter then made its way to the B4100 to search for a vehicle in a separate case but could find no trace.
