Paul Hicks, 59, of Cotswold Crescent, Chipping Norton, admitted harassing a woman he was prohibited from contacting by a restraining order by telephoning her on April 26. Given an 18-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

Holly Laceby, 27, of Roundhead Drive, Thame, admitted failing to give police information which could identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of an offence between August 7 and September 4. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Carl Culliford, 21, of Henry Gepp Close, Adderbury, near Banbury, admitted receiving stolen goods, namely two motorbikes, at Banbury between August 31 and September 24. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs.

Stewart Smith, 49, of Merton Road, Ambrosden, near Bicester, was convicted of failing to supply police with information which could have identified a driver suspected of an offence between September 11 and October 9. Fined £750 and ordered to pay a £75 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Michael Townsend, 42, of Allin Close, Oxford, admitted using abusive or insulting words or behaviour at Dartford House on February 3. Fined £95 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

Konrad Elwart, 21, of Stratfield Road, Kidlington, admitted driving whilst disqualified on Frieze Way, Kidlington, on April 10. Given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Leigh Lester, 41, of School Lane, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public, namely Banbury High Street, on April 26. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.

Shaun Wright, 32, of Lower End, Alvescot, near Bampton, admitted stealing various goods worth £313.50 from Co-op in Carterton and using a vehicle without insurance on Black Bourton Road, Carterton on March 22. Fined a total of £416 and ordered to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Joseph Bartlett, 18, of Peartree Close, Milton-under-Wychwood, near Chipping Norton, admitted burglary of New Beaconsfield Hall, Station Road, Shipton-under-Wychwood, on September 16 and stealing a football. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £12.50 compensation and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Bradley Jones, 21, of New Road, Bledington, Chipping Norton, admitted entering New Beaconsfield Hall, Shipton-under-Wychwood, as a trespasser and stealing a football of value unknown. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £12.50 compensation and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Ibraham Mugwiza, 47, of Turner Close, Cowley, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence between August 2 and August 30. Lee Reszeter, 39, of Lashford Lane, Dry Sandford, admitted speeding at 40mph in a 30pmh zone in Besselsleigh Road, Wootton, on October 1. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Elizabeth Ripley, 37, of Chapel Street, Hook Horton, convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30pmh zone in Hempton Road, Deddington, on October 30. Fined £135 and told to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Gavin Rolf, 34, of Marsh Walk, Witney, admitted speeding at 53mph in a 30mph zone in Downs Road, Witney. Fined £400 and told to pay a £40 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Paul Shakespear, 38, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted driving while using a mobile phone in Cowley Road, Oxford, on November 13. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Hayley Cox, 32, of Brome Place, Headington, Oxford, admitted stealing groceries worth £16.35 from Sainsbury’s in Banbury Road, Oxford, on April 24. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on February 28 for theft. Given a 14-day prison sentence because of the number of her previous offences.

Lee Whitehouse, 44, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made for theft on June 29 by failing to attend an initial assessment interview on April 30. Given a 28-day prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, because it is his third breach of the order and he has numerous previous offences on his record. Also told to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Christopher Smith, 53, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place at the University Church of St Mary the Virgin, High Street, Oxford, on April 23. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody on May 9. Fined £82 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
