A teenager alleged to have driven a car through the rear fence of a bungalow off Shakespeare Drive and then driven off is due in court on Friday, February 21.
Cheryl Stokes, 19, of Hambleside, Bicester, has been charged with one count of failing to stop after a road accident and one count of driving without due care and attention on August 14 last year.
She was due to appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court yesterday, but the case was adjourned.
