Two “self-inflicted” deaths were recorded at Bullingdon Prison in 2013, Ministry of Justice figures show.
Three deaths – one natural – were recorded at the prison, at Arncott, near Bicester, which has 1,114 prisoners.
Isle of Wight Prison had the most deaths, 10, and a total of 199 were recorded in the UK. A Prison Service spokesman said it made “strenuous efforts” to learn from deaths.
