LIFE through a lens was explored at an event aimed at promoting eye health in Oxfordshire.
The Oxfordshire Association for the Blind hosted an “eye bus” event in Kidlington yesterday.
Visitors were able to try goggles and glasses which replicated different vision impairments like cataracts and tunnel vision.
Charity director Colin Cure said: “We were very pleased with it. I was only there for the first few hours and it was a bit slow with numbers coming through.
“But I think if we can the message out about the importance of getting your eyes tested then we will have achieved our objective.”
