Rail services at standstill after person hit by train at Didcot
10:03pm Monday 14th January 2013 in News By William Crossley
TRAIN services between Oxford and Reading are currently suspended after a person was hit by a train near Didcot Parkway station.
All lines through the area are closed while investigations take place, with both First Great Western and CrossCountry services at a standstill.
There is no current estimate for when a normal service will resume and FGW passengers are being advised that their tickets will be accepted on Chiltern Railways services between London Marylebone, Haddenham & Thame Parkway, Bicester and Banbury.
