It's amazing that people don't learn. The strict DD laws have meant I have cut my drinking down as I don't want to get stung on a morning drive.

Now I barely drink in the week, maybe a pint, possibly 2 during the week and I've found I drink a lot less at the weekend.

Instead of higher alcohol prices, they want to get more strict on DD laws and try a zero tolerance.

Perhaps breathalise every driver with just one working headlight?

Should help catch a few more on these dark winter mornings.
