A construction firm has been found guilty of health and safety breaches following the death of forklift driver Mark Williams.
The 41-year-old, right, who lived in Nuneham Courtenay, died instantly on a construction site in Newbury in 2011 when the truck he was driving toppled over.
Costain Limited was yesterday found guilty of four breaches at Reading Crown Court after a three-week trial brought by the Health and Safety Executive. Sentencing was adjourned until April 23.
Attleys Roofing was cleared of the same charges.
