THOMAS Adrienne Susan Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday 29th April 2018. Much loved Wife of Roger, Mother to Sarah and Benjamin, Nan of Carla, Danielle, Jack, Kyran and Lily and Great Nana to Mason, Finlay and Nevaeh. The funeral service will take place on Friday 11th May 2018 in St. Mary's Church, Launton at 11.30am.
