RICHARDS David John It is with unbearable sadness that we issue this photo of David Richards, to announce his unexpected death on Thursday 5th April. He was a wonderful husband to Lynn, Father to Guy, Brett and Joshua and 'Fafa' to Gabriel, Annie and Esther. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 26th April 2018 in St. Edburg's Church, Bicester at 12noon. Family flowers only, donations if desired to UCB, c/o D L Hancock Ltd Funeral Directors, Chapel Hse, 13 North St, Bicester, OX26 6NA. Tel: 01869 244200.

I mat not have seen any of you for a few years but was saddened by the news of David's passing. I have fond memories of my times with Dave, in particular our trip to Romania in the early 90's. Such a strong, quiet and upstanding man. He will be missed by all and my thoughts and prayers are with Lynne and the boys.

David although you were not my my father in blood, I classed you and Lynne as my spiritual parents. You both made me feel like a fourth son. I love you both for your unconditional love and self sacrificing covering, safety when I was not even your child. David you demonstrated what a real man, father, friend I will always aspire to be. One of only two men in my life that I have learnt to bend the knee too, because you were a man who came as close as any man could who lived as he taught loved, provided and especially lead by example. I will never forget you and still and will always love you like a spiritual father and a second dad. Until we meet again. Love Paul
