BLACKMAN Rosemary Joan Passed away peacefully in her 92nd year. Former First Lady Mayor of Bicester Town. Reunited with her husband Jim. A beloved mother to Janet and Alan, grandmother to Jo and Chris. A private family cremation will take place. A Memorial Service will be held at St Edburg's Church on Thursday 2nd October 2014 at 1pm . Family flowers only please by request but donations if desired will be for St. Edburg's Church, Bicester.
